Privacy Policy

Updated 27 September 2026 · Draft for business review

This notice covers enquiries and bookings made through the OSENDIT website. Contact nik@osendit.com with questions about your information.

Information you share

When you email us or book a call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, business information, appointment preferences, and messages. Please do not send sensitive personal information through an initial enquiry.

Why information is used

Enquiry and booking details are used to respond to you, arrange calls, understand your requirements, and discuss potential services. Where applicable, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, fulfilling a contract, or legitimate interests in handling business communications and keeping the website secure. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it.

Website and booking providers

The site includes a Cal.com booking calendar and externally hosted fonts. Loading these features can send technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to the relevant provider. Booking information is also processed through Cal.com. Their own notices explain their practices: Cal.com privacy notice and Google privacy notice. Email and website hosting providers may process information needed to deliver their services.

Storage and retention

Information should be retained only for the enquiry, service relationship, and any applicable recordkeeping or dispute-resolution requirements. Contact us for details about the retention period and providers applicable to your enquiry. Provider locations and any international-transfer arrangements depend on the services used.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information, and may object to certain processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Send requests to nik@osendit.com. We may need to verify your identity.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the website and services change. The latest version will be available on this page.
